Born in California and raised in New York, Rose lived in multiple cities on both coasts before making her home in Colorado 25 years ago. Having moved so many times herself, she has a firsthand appreciation for the importance of home, a sixth sense for finding the perfect property, and a cognizance for embracing different walks of life. Rose works closely with her clients to educate them on every facet of the home buying or selling process, so they feel empowered to make the wisest decision for their unique circumstances.
When working with buyers she excels at finding properties that suit her clients’ wants and needs, and when working with sellers she relies on her keen eye and precise level of expertise to prepare their homes for the marketplace. She’s extremely knowledgeable in pricing and market trends, and works closely with stagers, transaction coordinators and marketing strategists to ensure no detail goes unnoticed.
Rose is co-principal of the esteemed Black Diamond Group, serving buyers and sellers throughout the Front Range and the Denver Metro Area. An expert in the ever-evolving market, she’s earned several industry designations, including: Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Certified Staging Advocate (RESA-CSA). Rose holds an upstanding reputation in the area, as an avid volunteer, businesswoman and community leader. Rose resides in Arvada, where she enjoys the close proximity to both Denver and Boulder, the strong local community and the fantastic outdoor space. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with family and friends, entertaining, traveling and serving the community she calls “home.”
